I have been looking for an application that will allow me to download all photos that are placed at a web site – regardless of their type or protection ( usually Java script ) . There are many programs that can be configured to download an entire site – but until recently I was unable to find any program that can efficiently collect the image files. Yesterday I discovered Picaloader . It does just what its creators claim :

I have tested it on several agency web sites – which offer a portfolio of their models – most of them had protection on the pictures . Having configured Picaloader to download only the high resolution photos I was able to quickly gather more than 500 pics in just 3 minutes – something which would have taken me hours otherwise. Picaloader comes as a shareware – but there is 30 days trial version which will allow you to get up to 500 photos from a web site.
