I have my share of similar encounters -- cops doing an ID  check and saying staff like ” Let me see what is in your backpack” and that in front of other people on the street -- which is just embarrassing. Then ” I better not find anything illegal here ” -- to which I answer ” No such thing -- feel free to check , but….”and an answer from the cop ” Well you could always pay me”…I wish someone was filming then…so these morons can gen faired -- just like officer Rivieri in the clip above.
