Chances are that you already know a way to download videos from YouTube. Now there are several thousand ways to download YouTube videos (link), and I wonder why doesn’t YouTube start offering that functionality on their website ( or even better allow you to get the original file as Veoh(link) does). Currently I am using the freeware Orbit Downloader (link) to get the flv files used by youtube , then once when I got them I use a software called Moyea FLV to Video Converter Pro (link) to batch convert all flv files to video ones which can be watched on my DVD playes . This routine saves me some time – batch downloading and batch converting does help. Its only that I wished there was a way to download all the videos uploaded or favored by a user without the need to attend to their urls – just using the user`s channel URL – so far I have no idea how this can be achieved. The many outside services such as VIXY (link) are nice – but they only allow one video at a time.

In case you want a good freeware to download videos YouTube Download&Convert will do the job for you (link)
