S e t t i n g    i t    u p  –  m y    f i r s t    r e a l     b  l  o  g     –  w h y   “r e a  l” ??

Well, I have three others, but they are more of an e-zine type – with their unique audience – consisting of mostly my friends and relatives. The problem with these blogs is that even though I enjoy writing them, I could not really post everything there.  They are either too specific to some topic or are followed by persons who know what is going on with my life even without me telling them. Actually, it’s more accurate to say that they think they know – and I am letting them have that illusion – it is much simpler that way.

Well, this is finally a place where I can write about my thoughts and feelings. First of all, I have decided not to share its URL (or even the fact that it exists) among any of the people I know in real life.

Well it all starts today ….lol …welcome to the Middle of Nowhere!

Quite a few things have changed since I wrote my very first entry in this blog on April 25, 2006.  One of them is that the blog itself is now focused on coming of age movies and treble music more than anything else.  However, I have always made sure that there is a personal touch to a post – so you can better understand me and the things I stand for. Have I found the recipe for a successful blog? I don’t know – but it is a fact that now more than 1000 people stumble onto SkyKid’s SkyNet daily and I hope that you will find here what you are looking for.
